ideal for anybody that rarely or never works out and has intentions of onsetting into the fitness world.

- 500-metre skierg or 500-metre row test.
- 5-minute dumbbell snatch test. men-12kg, women-4kg.
- standing long jump test.
- the plank test.
- squat till failure.

ideal for anybody that is a gym rat but does not push themselves to the limit yet knows their way around the gym. this test is a great way to gain deep knowledge of your all round strengths and weaknesses

- 5-minute dumbbell snatch test. men-16kg, women-8kg.
- standing long jump test.
- the plank test.
- single leg wall test.

- Standing long jump test.
- 5-minute burpee test.
