* 1.1 These terms and conditions govern the provision of fitness testing services by THE FITNESS TEST LTD hereinafter referred to as "the company”.

2. Client Responsibilities
* 2.1 Clients must provide accurate personal and health information required for fitness testing.
* 2.2 Clients are responsible for obtaining medical clearance if needed before participating in any fitness testing.

3. Service Scope
* 3.1 The Company will conduct fitness assessments based on agreed-upon criteria.
* 3.2 Results and recommendations provided are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice.

4. Booking and Cancellation
* 4.1 Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
* 4.2 We operate a no refund policy for bookings. If you cannot make if due to unforeseen circumstances please contact us directly on bookings@thefitnesstest.co.uk 24 Hours before your booking to reschedule. 

5. Fees and Payment
* 5.1 Clients agree to pay the specified fees for the fitness testing services.
* 5.2 Payment is due in full before or on the day of the scheduled appointment.

6. Confidentiality
* 6.1 The Company will treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. Liability
* 7.1 The Company is not liable for any injuries or health issues that may arise during or after fitness testing.
* 7.2 Clients participate in fitness testing at their own risk.

8. Intellectual Property
* 8.1 All intellectual property rights related to the fitness testing protocols and materials remain the property of the Company.

9. Termination of Services
* 9.1 The Company reserves the right to terminate services if clients fail to comply with these terms and conditions.

10. Changes to Terms
* 10.1 The Company may update these terms and conditions at its discretion. Clients will be notified of any changes.

11. Governing Law
* 11.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of The United Kingdom
