Who We Are & What We Do

We offer comprehensive fitness tests tailored to individuals of all fitness levels, providing expert insights into their current level of fitness. These tests are conducted in a dedicated fitness environment equipped with all necessary equipment.

FACTS

According to PureGym's annual fitness report, the number of gym members has increased to 16%, marking a 2% rise from the previous year, 2023. Additionally, 87% of the population engages in exercise at least once a week. Despite this widespread participation in fitness activities, many enthusiasts lack a comprehensive understanding of their fitness levels and may not address all aspects of fitness in their training routines.

THE PROBLEM

It's important to recognise that cardiovascular endurance, resistance training, flexibility, balance, and stability each play crucial roles in overall fitness. Neglecting any of these components can lead to imbalances and suboptimal fitness outcomes. Therefore, our comprehensive fitness tests aim to provide individuals with a holistic view of their fitness status, empowering them to make informed decisions about their health and wellness journey.

OUR SOLUTION

Our solution offers a comprehensive suite of fitness tests categorised into four difficulty levels, with pass marks corresponding to each level. Each level comprises 5-6 tests, covering various aspects such as cardio, explosiveness, plyometrics, lower body strength, core strength, and whole-body power and endurance. By completing all tests within a level, individuals gain valuable insights into their strengths and weaknesses.

WHAT WE GIVE YOU IN ADDITION TO THE TEST

Upon completing a level, participants receive a detailed written report. If they pass all tests within a level, they are awarded a certificate. Our test results are benchmarked against extensive global academic research accumulated over the years. This ensures that our assessments provide accurate and meaningful evaluations of an individual's fitness status.
